Do you require a deposit for first-time cleanings?
For your initial service, we ask for a 50% deposit. This helps secure your appointment and ensures commitment from both sides.
How do you determine your pricing?
Every home, and every client, is different. Our pricing is customized based on your space, your needs, and the level of care you’re looking for. This allows us to offer fair, personalized quotes instead of one-size-fits-all rates.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your happiness means everything to us. If something wasn’t cleaned the way you expected, just let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return as soon as possible to make it right.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
We prioritize safe, eco-friendly practices in every home. While we’re not 100% natural in every situation, we reserve stronger products only for tasks that truly require them. With recurring cleanings, your home stays clean with minimal or no use of harsh chemicals.
What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
Nothing major! We simply ask that you have all dishes put away and pick up personal items like clothes, toys, or paperwork so our team can focus fully on cleaning your space. If you need help with dishwashing or light organizing, just let us know, we’re happy to add it as a service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including debit/credit cards, Zelle, and online payments. Payment is due the day of service unless a deposit is requested beforehand.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee, as our cleaning professionals reserve that time specifically for you.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We arrive fully stocked with professional products and equipment. If you prefer we use your own supplies, just let us know, we’re happy to accommodate.
What if I need extra tasks done?
We’re flexible. Just inform us ahead of time so we can schedule more time and update your quote. Extra services might include inside appliances, windows, laundry, or light organizing.
